I have a banner ad for my business. How do I make it show up on my own web site using Google Adwords?

Basically, for a specific reason, I want this ad to show using the google adwords technology.

Google Adwords is their PPC, it does not take banners. So, why would you want it on your own web site as it will cost you whenever someone clicks on it. Google Adsense is different, it places other peoples ad on your web site based on your web site theme. Which means you show competing theme sites. But if someone clicks on that ad, you make a few pennies. See http://adwords.blogspot.com/ for more info or http://adsense.blogspot.com/
