Google Local and Map have become a big influence on how people search and get results. We can demonstrate this by searching for ‘accountant’ and the search result returns a broad list of ‘accountants’, but perhaps too broad so we tend to search again by narrowing the result – adding a location to the search – ‘accountant in city’ and the results we see are now closer to home. You should have started to see these popping up all over town and on business cards. QR Codes (short for Quick Response). These two dimensional code are used with a QR reader and directs an individual to a webpage or gives more information.

I am extremely interested in purchasing the course on Mobile Local Marketing (previously offered by Ryan Deiss), unfortunately it was taken down before I could purchase. Can this be done directly through Yada Yada.
Man, QR codes are wild. I even saw one in People or some other mag for some Fox shows. Sounds like they are gonna be everywhere pretty soon. Where do I find out more about them?.
Hi Laura, I love following yourself and Ryan, really great content and ideas. Facebook is killing it now, however ad costs are also going up. Have you got any tips on to reduce the increasing ad costs. I still remember the days of 45c clicks on Facebook.
Facebook surpassing Google is a joke. What a moron. Google is Gmail, Google is Places, Google is Google Voice, Google is Google Earth, Google is Search, Google is Google Apps. I mean come on, Facebook Spam is a growing turn off and do I really, really know who 19 year old Angie is and do i care that she is sharing a secret about me, a 55 year old man.

All of the changes by Google drive me nuts. How are we supposed to keep up with this?
